Duties and Taxes
Dzerve parcels are shipped in accordance with Spanish postal rules. All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Dzerve is not liable for international customs or service tax charges.
Please ensure you have provided the correct address details. If your order is returned to Dzerve by Spanish Correos/UPS due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details or package is not claimed by customer in time, you will be charged for reshipping the order. 
If you would like to make a return, just contact Dzerve within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to Dzerve at your expense with tracked/signed mail, making sure to inform me in the process that you have done this. If not The value of the item will not be refunded.
The value of the item will not be refunded if registration/signed mail is not used and the item is lost.

All jewellery must be returned unworn and in their original
condition and packaging. Dzerve Jewellery has the right to deny a return if the jewellery returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Customer are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.

Dzerve will not offer refund for these following reasons:

• The address provided by you was not correct.
• The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
• For any personalised, stamped, engraved or Custom orders.
• Customer didn't read all the information that was given before purchase and is not happy with the size,looks or delivery times. (All information is given in description).
• Package is send back, because Customer didn't claim - didn't pay Customs taxes.
